Criteria for participating foundations

  • Committed to driving equity and opportunity as primary tenets of their strategic direction
  • Positioned in their community to influence and drive meaningful collective action and change
  • Open to learning and sharing with others
  • Willingness to make an annual financial contribution; minimum suggested contribution for community foundations and other place-based funders:
    • Foundations with assets of $1B+:  $10,000 per year
    • Assets of $500mm–$1B:  $5,000 per year
    • Assets of $100mm – $500mm:  $2,500 per year
    • Assets of $50mm – $100mm:  $1,000 per year
    • Assets under $50mm:  $500 per year
