The Fairfield County equityLAB is an experiential learning hub spearheaded by the Community Foundation that aims to grow collective community will and participation in tackling our region’s racial inequities.  The equityLAB builds bridges, bringing together people committed to creating positive change to ideate and collaborate on community improvement possibilities.
