Fairfield County’s Community Foundation

Fairfield County’s Community Foundation’s (FCCF) work is focused on closing the opportunity gap in our region. For the 23 towns and cities that comprise Fairfield County, we’re engaged with individual and corporate donors, nonprofits and partners to tackle challenges and create solutions to transform people’s lives. As we work to close the opportunity gap, we are focused primarily on three key populations: women and girls, youth ages 16-25 and immigrants.

Fairfield County’s Community Foundation’s overall mission for Fairfield County, CT to be an inclusive environment where every individual has the opportunity to thrive. To achieve that, we aim to close the opportunity gap in our region by eliminating disparities in income, education, employment, housing and health. No single organization can solve this issue alone. But by orienting all our efforts and initiatives around this guiding light and leveraging partners around the region, we will make progress.
